Arigola Brand Agency is an online company that provides services to help advertisers to turn their products into big brands. "Online company" means we don't operate the way regular Advertising Agencies do.
We do most of our works upto Finish Artworks (for print and out of home materials), Finish Storyboards (for TVCs) and Finish Scripts (for Radio Commercials) through internet (emails, forums, download links, Yahoo Messenger, etc.).
But it doesn't mean that we refuse to have an offline meeting. In a certain circumstances, when it is absolutely a must for us to meet with our clients, we can and will do it as effectively as possible.
To have a clear vision how we do our works, read on.
The Way We Work
1. First, if you are interested to use our services, please join Arigola Brand Agency Preferred Customer Club here.
2. Brief us online by filling in and submitting the Brief Form here.
3. Based on your Brief, we will send you a quotation which tells you exactly how much you will be charged for the services you require from us.
4. Once you approve and sign the quotation and send us 25% of the down payment, we will start working for your account.
5. You will receive at least 3 different alternatives and entitle to have 3 times revision for each job.
6. If you need more revisions, for each revision, you will be charged an additional cost of 5% of the total cost for that certain job. Why do we do this? Because we treat each revision with full professional attention. We don't take it for granted. Therefore, please take advantage of the 3 times no charge revision you are entitled to, by carefully sending us your revision brief.
7. Once you approve the final works (Finish Artworks, Finish Storyboards, Finish Radio Scripts, etc), please send us the remaining 75% of your full payment, so that we can give you all creative works needed to proceed to production step.
Those are more or less the process of doing business with us. We can discuss further about it, if you think you have a better way to do it.
Do We Compete With Regular Advertising
Agencies?
No, we don't. We are not a competitor for regular Advertising Agencies. In fact, we can help them to achieve their goals to serve their clients better or help them win a pitch or two, by providing them with "Creative Forces For Hire", or "Creative Training Programs", for example.
Who's Behind Us?
Arigola Brand Agency consists of mostly Senior Creative People (Creative Directors, Associate Creative Directors, Senior Art Directors, Senior Copywriters, Senior Visualizers and Desktop Visualizers), plus several Creative Young Guns, Account Planners and Senior Client Service People.
Quite frankly, currently we don't have any Media People working for us. But we do have a network with a well-known Media House.
